  • We'll match or beat any price

    We will match or beat any advertised price in the United States for a product of the same brand, model, and finish as the item displayed on our website up to 14 days after your purchase date, so long as the product is available for purchase from an authorized dealer and is not a pricing error or clearance or promotional pricing. The advertised price is the total price quote from the retailer, which includes the price of the item plus shipping/delivery fees to your address. When matching prices of American dealers, we must include currency exchange, shipping, brokerage, and duties.

    To request a Price Match, please fill out the form by clicking the Price Match link located on each product page. Although all price matches are subject to our approval, most requests are approved within 1 business day. Price match discounts cannot be combined with any other URBNFurniture.com promotional offers.

  • Fast, free, and convenient

    Shipping is absolutely free within the continental United States on any order over $50 and only $4.99 on any order under $50, with the exception of certain remote areas. For customers in remote areas, shipping quotes will be provided upon checkout. Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Most ground deliveries takes 1-7 business days. Some delays may occur in shipping due to circumstances out of our control (e.g., weather conditions, errors in shipping address, availability of customer to receive delivery, etc.).

    To keep you informed of your shipment status, information at every step of the shipping process is provided to you by email and is always available by logging into your account. When you receive your tracking number, feel free to contact the shipping company and arrange for delivery at your earliest convenience.

  • It's ok to change your mind

    We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding shipping paid at the time of purchase, if applicable), or an exchange (except for special orders, items labeled "final sale", items by CDI Furniture, and some assembled items).

    Free Returns

    We offer two options for items specifically labelled "free return":

    1. Items labelled "free return" can can be returned at no cost to you for store credit.

    2. These items can also be returned for a full refund minus the return shipping costs.

    In both cases, shipping paid at the time of purchase, if applicable, will be excluded from refunds and store credit.

    Returning an Item

    We offer two options for returns:

    1. We provide prepaid shipping labels and schedule a pickup at your location at your earliest convenience. We will find the lowest available rate in order to minimize the cost of return shipping that will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is labelled "free return").

    2. Receive an RMA number and send it back yourself, any way you want, as long as the package is insured and trackable.

    Nobody likes restocking fees and we do all we can to avoid them, therefore, please unwrap your merchandise carefully, keeping in mind that merchandise can only be returned in its original packaging. We understand that products will be opened and we expect a resonable amount of wear from shipping, however, any opened merchandise that is returned with damaged, missing, or destroyed packaging may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fees. Nuevo products are always suject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

    Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense. Shipments that are refused by the customer are considered returns and applicable charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days.

  • Help us protect your merchandise

    We work closely with our distribution partners to make sure your merchandise arrives safely. However, damages from shipping and handling may sometimes occur. The process is easy: you send us pictures and a description of the damages, we send you replacements. To help us protect you and your merchandise and enable us to make a claim on your behalf if items are lost or arrive damaged due to transport, it is important that you inspect all packaging carefully upon delivery before signing the "Proof of Delivery" receipt and report any damage to the packaging to the driver. We recommend taking photos of damaged packaging before opening it. If you cannot inspect your merchandise upon delivery for any reason (e.g., you cannot unwrap the merchandise or do not immediately see any damages to merchandise or packaging), but suspect that it may be damaged, please declare the merchandise as damaged on the Proof of Delivery, before you sign. Signing a Proof of Delivery receipt without indicating any damages will free the transporter of all responsibility regarding loss or damage to your goods and prevents us from filing damage claims on your behalf.

    We take pride in making sure you receive your merchandise on-time and in good order. If your items have arrived damaged, please browse to order history and click the link under the relevant order to file a claim.

    *If your items were delivered undamaged but you noticed a manufacturing defect after unwrapping them, please refer to warranties.

  • Don't worry, we've got you covered

    We are proud to sell quality products and we stand behind what we sell. All products sold by URBNFurniture.com are covered by a 1 year limited warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description (i.e., commercial products may have longer warranty periods and some mechanisms are covered by a lifetime warranty). The process is easy: you send us pictures and a description of the issue, we send you replacements. We will address any merchandise defects by sending replacement parts to you upon request. If the issue cannot be addressed with replacement parts, the product will be replaced. Should you wish to return the product instead, please refer to our returns policy.
